AutoCon LA 2015
AutoCon has arrived this year again, and there is no shortage of sweet looking cars and plenty of models to go around. In the recent years, Justin Fong has started doing a drive-up stage to showcase some of the impressive cars in the industry today. As well as do some interviews and a close look at some of the finer details that some of these cars have to offer. It has become a staple for his event and it is definitely a crowd pleaser for the audience.I just want to take a serious note right now, that as an attendee, please respect the cars and do go around touching, reaching into the cabin, or generally just feeling the paint or putting fingerprints on the car. The owners of the car work hard on them and it is a shame to see ignorant people just do whatever they feel like at the shows. Example here:I witnessed these 2 kids for a good 10 minutes reaching into this 240z and touching various points of the car and at one point, i think they pressed a panel too hard and left a dent.Moving onto more pleasant events, yes, there were plenty of models on hand, with the various vendors bringing some of the top models in the industry to AutoCon's own model lounge situated across from the stage.Angelina AndradaJessica WongJessica Weaver for R1 ConceptsTinaAutoCon LadiesJenn Q & Amy FayJenn QAmy FayErica Law for R1 ConceptsJenna LaneJenna Lane & Kairi DremeKay Bae for DTM AutobodySandra Wong for DTM AutobodyNganLily2SillySome of the nicest cars came to represent, and a nice trend I noticed was there were a lot of widebody porsches out that day.
