Dec 5 Exclusive Toyota OctoberBeast - 2011

Every October, Toyota employees at the crporate office brings out their pride and joy to share it with their fellow associates. The 19th Annual OctoberBeast includes a rare collection of Special Interest vehicles, from the not-so-complete Roadster to a Special Edition Prius Plus Performance Package. The event is held in one of the parking lots inside the Toyota Campus and is exclusive to Toyota Associates and invited guests only. It is not opened to thru traffic. For two and a half hours, associates mingle and drool over the variety of vehicles and motorcycles that the employees and vendors put on display. Some are for sale, others are in the process of restoration, and some are all original. The paint jobs on some of these cars were just immaculate, unfortunately the pictures doesn't do justice, you have to see these cars in person to appreciate it. Most of the cars were father/son projects that took a good amount of time, while some are still in progress. You can see the progress of these projects if you have attended the previous shows from a few years back. But these unfinished cars will be done in due time as some of the completed display cars today were once a tired, old vehicles. These are some of the highlights from the show.
